Defects or issues discovered later can still be reported under the legal warranty.

2. What is covered

Each claim is evaluated individually based on the documentation provided.

3. General limitations

We are normally not able to offer returns or refunds for reasons unrelated to defects or delivery issues.

4. Replacements and refunds

Once an issue has been reviewed and verified, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
The type of resolution depends on the specific case and product availability.

Physical returns are only required if specifically requested.

5. Lost shipments

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us once the expected delivery window has passed.
We will investigate the case and arrange a replacement or refund if the shipment is confirmed missing.

6. Warranty

As a Norwegian seller, we follow the consumer protection laws that apply in Norway and the EU/EEA.

This includes:

  • A legal warranty of up to 2 years for products that are faulty, defective, or do not perform as expected

  • The right to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund depending on the situation

  • The requirement that issues are reported within a reasonable time after they are discovered

Your statutory consumer rights are not limited or replaced by this policy.
Customers outside Norway/EU/EEA may have additional rights under their local laws.
